Subramanian Iyer, widely known as ‘Subu’ in the industry, has spent over 20 years in the experiential media and music business. His previous company, Entco, was acquired by global music giant Believe Music in 2019. Following the acquisition Subu spent over four years setting up all the non-digital businesses & strategic partnerships for Believe Music in India as CEO.

Post his acquisition period with Believe, Subu founded Sponco, a sponsorship-focused agency that advises brands on their sponsorship strategies and addresses industry challenges through technology.

Subu is dedicated to significantly shaping the sponsorship industry in India. He has always been very entrepreneurial and importantly believes in the idea of taking risks & trying new avenues.

A passionate person at heart, always tries to ensure that he has many things to look forward to on a daily basis which is what keeps him going.
