Biography

Rudy Chung is an executive on the Netflix music team, helping oversee music for their original films including Frankenstein, Apex, You’re So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah, People We Meet On Vacation, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, Happy Gilmore 2, and Hustle.

Prior to that he was partner at HTGR where his music supervision credits included The Last Dance (ESPN/Netflix), Minari (A24), and Silicon Valley (HBO), and was founding partner of the sync collective Pusher.

Rudy has collaborated with several artists to create original songs for film/tv including Lil Nas X, Lykke Li, Mark Ronson, Meghan Trainor, Nas, and the Wu-Tang Clan. Rudy has had the immense privilege of working closely with some of film’s leading composers, but he particularly loves discovering and developing new and emerging voices in the film scoring world.

Rudy also helps lead the Netflix music team’s inclusion initiatives in advocating for diverse talent to be hired across their projects.
