Biography

Romar Bennett is a Grammy-nominated producer, music supervisor, and music executive whose career spans recorded music, film, television, gaming, publishing, and synchronization.

Bennett currently serves as Senior Director, Music Licensing & Sync at LVRN (Love Renaissance), where he leads licensing and sync strategy across the company’s roster, including artists such as Summer Walker, 6LACK, SPINALL, and Odeal. His work encompasses master and publishing clearances, negotiations, catalog strategy, creative pitching, and licensing opportunities across film, television, advertising, gaming, and emerging media.

He is also the Founder & CEO of COOL HOUSE, an Atlanta-based music and entertainment company operating across music supervision, sync representation, publishing, rights management, and creative development. Through COOL HOUSE, Bennett works with independent and international music companies and catalogs, including MDLBEAST, connecting artists and rights holders with opportunities across the global visual-media marketplace.

As a music supervisor and producer, Bennett currently serves as Executive Producer and Music Supervisor on the feature film 93 ’Til and as Music Supervisor on That’s Her. His broader screen and interactive-media career includes work across film, television, and games for projects associated with major entertainment platforms and studios. Public credits also span projects including The Sandman, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Bennett also serves as Chairman of COOL ACADEMY, a nonprofit developing the next generation of composers, music supervisors, and entertainment professionals through fellowships, mentorship, real-world production experience, and university collaboration. His work increasingly focuses on building stronger bridges between creators, rights holders, entertainment companies, technology, and the next generation of music-industry talent.
