Biography

Nick Robelotto is Senior Coordinator in Music Clearance at FOX Sports, where he plays a crucial role in overseeing music clearance, cue sheet quality control, system operations, and producer training across all Fox Sports programming, including FOX, Fox Sports 1 & 2, and 22 regional networks. Since joining FOX Sports in 2016, Nick has been integral to the team, managing administrative, creative, and clearance responsibilities that ensure music licensing compliance and seamless integration of music content.

Nick’s day-to-day duties include coordinating with producers to ensure timely and accurate cue sheet delivery, reviewing and submitting cue sheets to performance rights organizations via RapidCue, obtaining license agreements from labels and publishers, tracking licensed song usage, and creating custom playlists through platforms like SoundMouse and SourceAudio. He also leads training for interns and manages document workflows using cloud-based systems such as Dropbox and Box.

Before FOX Sports, Nick gained valuable experience as a Music Assistant at Methodic Doubt Music and an intern at String Theory Productions, where he handled composer agreements, licensing contracts, song registrations, and music promotion research.

Nick’s comprehensive understanding of music clearance processes combined with his operational expertise makes him a key asset in the fast-paced environment of sports media.
