Márton Náray is a senior music industry professional with nearly three decades of experience across the creative and cultural sectors.

With a rare 360° perspective, he has worked as a record store manager, festival programmer (Sziget, Babel Sound, European Music Day, OZORA, West-Balkan, Akvárium Klub), booking agent, tour manager, club promoter, musician, and radio presenter.

He has also led projects for national music export offices in Hungary and the Czech Republic, and organized international conferences including Nouvelle Prague, ReConnect, and SoundQuest.

Since 2017, he has served as Head of SoundCzech, the Czech music export office, driving international strategy, industry development, and global partnerships for Czech artists and professionals.
