Milk & Honey Music + Sports Founder and President Lucas Keller is a 22-year veteran of the music industry who in 12 years has built one of the biggest global talent management companies across music and sports.

Keller represents 70+ top songwriters and producers, multiple DJ’s in the global top 40 and 35+ athletes in the NFL.

Milk & Honey recently launched their fifth music publishing company, a record label and have done over $300 million in catalog sale transactions for management clients and have offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville and London with over 50 employees.

Prior to founding Milk & Honey, Lucas Keller spent 5 years at Beverly Hills music/tv/film powerhouse, The Collective (a group who represented Linkin Park, Kanye West, Enrique Iglesias, Slash, Peter Gabriel and others) and staged come backs with legends like Jimmy Cliff and Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots.
