Larry Rudolph is a powerhouse in the music industry, instrumental in shaping the careers of many iconic artists. Originally a lawyer representing talent such as Lady Gaga, the Backstreet Boys, Justin Timberlake, Ghostface Killah, Rakim, Father MC, Big Daddy Kane, and a young Taylor Swift, Larry brings extensive expertise in music publishing, record contracts, and branding agreements.

Upon transitioning into management, Larry orchestrated the meteoric rise of Britney Spears, guiding her to become a defining voice in pop music and one of the best-selling artists of all time. His artist-first approach—focused on empowering talent and building their brands—has led him to collaborate with a diverse roster, including Aerosmith, Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, and Kim Petras.

Larry’s specialty lies in identifying pivotal moments in an artist’s career and transforming undeniable talent into legendary icons. His strategic vision extends beyond music, encompassing brand development, film and television production, and philanthropic initiatives such as Steven Tyler’s Janie’s Fund, which supports female victims of trauma and abuse.
