Everitt joined Stem in 2018 and has become a driving force behind the success of many of today’s most influential independent artists. She has worked closely with Brent Faiyaz, Noname, dhruv, Saba, and many others, leveraging her expertise to guide impactful marketing campaigns and strategic rollouts.

Throughout her tenure, Everitt has played a pivotal role in major projects, including James Blake’s first independent release, LANY’s transition to independence, Mk.gee’s Two Star and the Dream Police, IDK’s latest releases, and bbno$’s viral Billboard-charting tracks. Her ability to craft innovative strategies has consistently amplified the reach and success of Stem’s roster.

A specialist in all things Spotify, Everitt leads digital campaigns and developments using tools like Discovery Mode, Marquee, and more. Her deep understanding of these platforms has made her a go-to strategist for maximizing artist visibility and audience engagement.

One of her career highlights includes working on Brent Faiyaz and Drake’s collaboration Wasting Time, a moment she describes as “super-surreal” and a landmark for the independent artist community.
