As Executive VP of Worldwide A&R at Concord Music Publishing, Kim has shaped the creative vision and culture of Concord, leading a global team across Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Nashville, Berlin, London, and Melbourne, as the company has expanded into one of the world’s leading independent music publishers.
Under Frankiewicz’s leadership, Concord’s Publishing A&R roster is carefully curated, balancing global scale with a deeply personal approach. Her ethos is to treat every artist and song with specialized care and attention, ensuring they have the support needed to build impactful, lasting careers. This commitment has delivered a dynamic roster that includes rising voices like Tyla and Omar Apollo alongside global hitmakers such as A. G. Cook, J Hus, Fraser T. Smith, Jin Jin, Amy Wadge, all while the catalogue has grown to nearly one million copyrights.
Frankiewicz began her career in her native Australia at MMA Management working with Australian artists INXS and The Models, before joining Universal Music Publishing in New York and later London. As Managing Director at Imagem Publishing, she signed and developed artists and songwriters including Daft Punk, Kaiser Chiefs, Mark Ronson, Cathy Dennis, and Justin Parker, while securing landmark catalog deals with Pink Floyd and Phil Collins/Genesis.
In 2018, following Concord’s acquisition of Imagem, Frankiewicz was named Executive VP of Worldwide Creative for Concord’s publishing division with her team growing to nearly 30 A&R professionals globally.
