Originally from New Zealand, bringing a wealth of experience and global industry knowledge, Jesse’s career spans continents and encompasses all facets of the music business. Her musical journey began at record labels, leading publicity and promotions at Universal in New Zealand before taking on key roles at both Epic and Sony in the United Kingdom. She went on to be a manager at premier U.K. management company Modest! Management before spending half a decade leading the management team for U2 alongside Guy Oseary. Jesse relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 to become President of 724 Management with Larry Rudolph.

In her role at 724 Management her ability to navigate the complexities of the international music scene was proven by her work with Aerosmith, Kim Petras, and recently Bebe Rexha, alongside signing, nurturing and developing a plethora of exciting young artists both in the US and the UK. This global perspective, coupled with her extensive network of industry relationships at the highest level and far reaching experience, has been instrumental in fostering the careers of a diverse roster of artists while nourishing their artistry and propelling their success in the U.S., U.K., and other international markets.

Managing a team based in Los Angeles, Nashville, and London, her worldwide connections have driven the continued success and growth of the company’s artists—ranging from emerging talent to established pop icons and rock & roll legends.
