Jenn Tolman Hurst is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at MDDN, the entertainment company founded by Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, where she helps guide a team and dynamic roster that includes Architects, Bad Omens, Chase Atlantic, Poppy, Slush Puppy, and other globally recognized artists.

Jenn’s career spans two decades across tour management, talent development, and major agency and management environments; she began on the road tour managing Lil Wayne and then-rising stars Nicki Minaj and Drake before joining Paradigm Talent Agency and Vector Management, where she worked with internationally renowned artists including Avril Lavigne, Sia, Bruno Mars, Janelle Monáe, Pusha T, Tyga, The Black Eyed Peas and Snoop Dogg.
