Aton Ben-Horin, Executive Vice President of A&R at Warner Music Group, is a trailblazer in the global music industry. Beginning his career as a member of the touring rock band Atomic Tangerine, Ben-Horin shared stages with iconic acts like Simple Plan and Jimmy Eat World. His musical journey later evolved into the dance music scene, where he performed and produced under the alias DJ 8on, establishing himself as a multi-faceted talent.

Since joining Warner Music Group, Ben-Horin has played a critical role in the careers of some of the industry’s most celebrated artists, combining creative vision with business acumen to deliver hits that dominate global charts. His A&R expertise has contributed to the success of stars such as Jason Derulo, David Guetta, and Flo Rida. Prior to his tenure at Warner, Ben-Horin honed his skills at The Agency’s production unit, where he collaborated with John Legend and Rick Ross.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Ben-Horin is the founder of Plush Management, a boutique talent management company launched in 2010. Under his direction, Plush Management has been instrumental in producing contemporary hits like JVKE’s Golden Hour, Lauren Spencer-Smith’s Fingers Crossed (co-written by Jakke Erixson), and the Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, and David Guetta’s Don’t You Worry (with Johnny Goldstein).
