Alaap Gosher began his journey in the Indian music industry as a drummer in 2005, performing at over 500 live shows across the country.

In 2013, he pivoted into artist management, and since then, has been instrumental in redefining and elevating the business of music across India within multiple verticals including artist management, events, marketing, rights development, and much more.

Today, as Co-Founder & Director of TM Ventures, a dynamic collective of entertainment businesses, Alaap is actively shaping the future of the industry.
