Gary Gersh is Chairman and Co-CEO of Bella Figura Music, bringing decades of leadership experience across recorded music, artist management and global touring. A trusted adviser to many of the world’s leading artists, Gersh has built his career around developing talent and nurturing long-term creative relationships.

Prior to Bella Figura, Gersh spent eight years as President of Global Touring and Talent at AEG Presents. He also founded and led The Artists Organization, working closely with artists including Lenny Kravitz, Soundgarden, Tears For Fears and John Legend.

Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Capitol and Blue Note Records and as a Partner and A&R executive at Geffen/DGC Records, where he signed Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Counting Crows, Hole, Robbie Robertson, Pat Metheny and The Sundays. He started his A&R career at EMI America, where he signed The Stray Cats, David Bowie, Little Steven and John Waite.
