Jeremy Yohai serves as Head of Creative and A&R for Concord Music Publishing in the U.S., where he oversees frontline signings and the active writer/artist roster. Based in New York City, Yohai leads a team of seven A&R professionals in Los Angeles, New York and Miami.
Led by Kim Frankiewicz (EVP Worldwide A&R), the frontline Publishing A&R team works collaboratively across territories working with songwriters across Concord’s global offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, London, Berlin and Melbourne.
Yohai leads rosters across Pop, Alternative, Dance and Latin genres, expanding Concord’s Latin music presence alongside Pablo Ahogado (VP, A&R in Miami). Yohai and his team’s roster includes artists, songwriters and producers such as Omar Apollo, Julian Casablancas, A. G. Cook, Jacob Collier, Denzel Curry, Noah Goldstein, Dez Wright, Amaarae, Silvana Estrada, Anthony Rossomando, Tropkillaz, Oklou and more.
Yohai was instrumental in forming Concord’s joint venture with Ark Music, a publishing collective founded by Grammy-winning producer and engineer Noah Goldstein. Together with Yohai, Goldstein has signed over 10 songwriters, producers and engineers that have worked on acclaimed projects including Rosalia’s recent album LUX, Kendrick Lamar’s GNXand more.
Prior to joining Concord, Jeremy was the VP of Global A&R at Downtown Music Publishing where he oversaw the U.S. and international A&R staff, new artist signings, and the Downtown artist/writer roster.
Before joining Downtown, Jeremy worked in Creative Services at ASCAP recruiting and developing the careers of emerging songwriters including Vampire Weekend, Animal Collective, Diplo and Dr. Dog.
Jeremy Yohai was featured in Billboard’s 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players list as well as 2022’s Latin Power Players. Yohai also founded the Songwriting Workshop at Stax Academy in partnership with Concord and Stax Records.
