ROB HALLET

ROB HALLET

Founder, Robomagic

Rob Hallet has utilized the hard-earned knowledge of over three decades in the music business (including a decade with AEG Live) to launch a formidable boutique music firm, the 360-style Robomagic. A promotion unit, Robomagic 360, strikes 360-styled deals with emerging artists, encompassing recording, publishing, artist management and brand management, while making use of strategic partnerships. Robomagic Capital offers financing to emerging and established artists to help them grow their businesses. Finally, a live promotion company, Robomagic Live, oversees arena and stadium tours on a national and global scale.

Rob started out booking bands in local Brighton clubs before a brief stint in London with March Artists led to working with the Clash and touring reggae bands. He then segued to The Cowbell Agency, where he worked with UB40 and was introduced to a new act, Duran Duran - his big break, whom he continues to work with today. Rob arrived at AEG Live UK following a takeover bid of Mean Fiddler Group by Live Nation and Irish promoter MCD Promotions. The wily, seasoned London-based deal broker exited as President of International Touring, AEG Live in April, 2014.
