Tara Lee is a rising singer/songwriter/producer and actress from Dublin.
Citing influences ranging from Blondie to Massive Attack to heartfelt songwriters like Tori Amos to Diane Warren, Tara has the unique ability to write raw emotional and connecting ballads to contemporary edgy pop songs.
In 2014 Tara released her debut EP 'Soundtrack' (Irish only release) which reached No.4 on the Irish iTunes Albums chart.
In 2014 Tara travelled to Los Angeles where she was the special guest performer at the 'International Music Industry Awards' / presentation to esteemed songwriter Diane Warren.
She recently signed a worldwide publishing deal with BMG Chrysalis.
Tara is currently writing and recording with renowned producer Jonas Quant (Hurts/Foxes/No Doubt) and is due to release her new EP over the coming months.

Tara was recently asked to compose the theme tune for the International TV series 'Jack Taylor' and also featured in the new series of 'The Fall', the hit BBC drama where she starred alongside Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan. Tara is currently promoting two films that she has performed leading roles in. 'Moon Dogs' directed by Philip John (Director of Downton Abbey) has just won a slew of International Awards while 'A Date for Mad Mary' produced by the award winning director Ed Guiney (The Guard/Garage goes on general release in the Autumn having recently won Best Film at the Galway Film Fleadh.
Influential New Music Radio Show 'Passport Approved' which airs on KROQ Los Angeles & 30 other stations globally selected her alongside Kodaline, Gavin James and Little Green Cars as 'Irish acts to watch' as part of a special feature on Irish music which aired recently.
